1. Who We Are

AMT Online Vehicle operates this website and sells used motor vehicles online.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing this website, submitting an inquiry or purchasing a vehicle, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookies & Tracking Policy.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content by automated means without our written permission.

4. Vehicle Listings, Pricing & Availability

Listings describe used vehicles and are accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. Mileage shown is the odometer reading as disclosed to us; a federal odometer disclosure is provided at sale. All vehicles are subject to prior sale.

Advertised prices include all charges we require you to pay other than government taxes, title and registration fees. We do not condition an advertised price on financing through us. Optional products are exactly that, and are never added without your agreement.

5. Vehicle Condition & Warranties

Every used vehicle is supplied with an FTC Buyers Guide stating whether it is sold with a warranty or as is. The Buyers Guide becomes part of your purchase contract and overrides any contrary statement in the contract or on this website.

Where a vehicle is sold with our limited warranty, the written warranty document defines the coverage. Where a vehicle is sold "as is", it is sold without any dealer warranty, except that we do not disclaim implied warranties in states whose law does not permit us to do so, and any implied warranty we cannot disclaim remains in force.

6. Return Period

Our 14-day return period is a voluntary policy, not a legal right, and is described on our Return Policy page. There is no general right to cancel a vehicle purchase under federal or state law, and the FTC Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to motor vehicles.

7. Calls, Texts & Email

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, you consent to calls and text messages from us or on our behalf about your inquiry and about vehicles, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.

8. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are located, Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, unless the law of your home state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you submit an inquiry or complete a purchase is the version that applies to you.
