1. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect identifiers (name, email address, phone number), commercial information (the vehicle you asked about and any purchase that follows), and the content of your message. When you browse the site we and our partners may collect internet activity information such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and identifiers set by cookies. We may draw inferences from this, such as which vehicle types interest you. We do not collect payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.

2. Where It Comes From

Directly from you, automatically from your device as you browse, and from advertising and analytics partners who tell us how you reached the site.

3. Why We Use It

To answer your inquiry, to arrange and complete a vehicle sale, to keep records required by motor vehicle and tax law, to secure and improve the website, to measure our advertising, and — where you have agreed — to contact you about vehicles and offers.

4. Sharing and “Selling”

We disclose personal information to service providers who work for us, such as hosting, email delivery and transport companies, and to government agencies where the law requires it.

We also use advertising and measurement tools on this site that transmit identifiers and browsing activity to advertising partners so that we can show you relevant ads elsewhere. Under California law and several other state laws this counts as selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. You can turn this off at any time — see the next section. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and to opt out of profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To opt out of advertising tracking, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically as an opt-out request.

To make any other request, contact us at devcore1980@icloud.com. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by matching the details you give us against our records, and we will respond within the time your state allows. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission. If we decline your request you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will reconsider and explain our decision.

6. How Long We Keep It

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Sale records are kept for the period required by motor vehicle, tax and consumer protection law, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date shown below.
